An electronic Service that enables beneficiaries to issue a power of attorney electronic and gets approved immediately without the need to visit the notary public, with notifying all parties to the power of attorney when issued

Share The Page

Log in to Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On.
Select "All Electronic Services".
Choose "Powers of Attorney and Declarations".
Access "Issue individual power of attorney" service.
Click "New Application".
Enter the required details of the principal and agent(s).
Select the PoA terms.
Select the PoA duration.
Click on "Approve".
The applicant is notified of PoA issuance via SMS.

The beneficiary must be “Saudi” or “resident” with a valid ID
The beneficiary must be above 18 years old
The beneficiary must be wholly legally competent
The beneficiary must have an active “ABSHER” account

The Agency’s term shall not exceed 1 year
Issuing an online agency does not require visiting the notary public
The agency is wholly electronically generated and does not require printing, stamping or signing
Standings permissible to appoint an agent via Najiz Portal are “in principal” and “in proxy under an agency”
Any party to the agency may electronically terminate themselves “partially” off the agency anytime, whether they are (in principal or an agent) via Najiz Portal
The agency shall be terminated automatically upon the decease of one party to it, through the technical connections with the Ministry of Interior
The agency’s validity can be verified through one of the available verification services
If the principal’s ID is invalid, the appointing of agent shall be limited to the articles of “demands and courts” only
If the principal is above 65 years of age who has not issued an agency before, they must issue the agency through the “notary public” or “Documentation administrators”, or by taking an appointment in the service of “mobile notaries public”. After that, they may issue any agency electronically via Najiz Portal
