Registering a power of attorney

Ministry Of Justice

An electronic service that enables the beneficiary to apply for registering the information of a power of attorney, then to proceed with issuing the (POA) by the virtual notary public

Start the service

Share The Page

Log in to Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On.
Select "All Electronic Services".
Choose "Powers of Attorney and Declarations".
Access "Register power of attorney" service.
Click "Use the service".
Specify the type of PoA.
Enter the required details of the principal(s), agent(s), and PoA terms and duration).
Click on "Submit application".
The applicant completes the issuance process via the Virtual Notarial Office.

Providing the national ID or residency permit numbers and dates of birth for the power of attorney parties (principal, agent)

Visiting the notary public is required
Registering an agency is permissible only when there is no previous agency.
This service is designed for the articles that cannot be registered on
