Jazan University

A visiting student is one who studies some courses at another university or in a branch of the university to which he belongs without being transferred, and the subjects he studied are equivalent to him according to the following controls:

Log on to the system of electronic admission portal: as a visiting student.
Read and approve the terms.
Click on the link (new registration).
Enter your identity data, then click the Next button.
Enter your personal data and click the Next button.
Enter academic data and click the Next button.
Select the material and click the Next button.
Add the attachments and click the Next button: The attachments contain the student approval and the materials that he wishes to register with approval.
Confirm the request.
Follow up the application.

The prior approval of the study by the college where he is studying.
The study must be at an accredited college or university.
The course that the student studies outside the university must be equivalent or (equivalent) in its vocabulary to one of the courses included in the graduation requirements
If the visiting student’s study is in a branch of the university to which the student belongs, the treatment shall be carried out in accordance with Article (47).
The University Council determines the maximum percentage of study units that can be credited from outside the university for a visiting student.
The averages of courses that are equivalent to a visiting student from the other university are not counted in his cumulative average, and the courses are recorded in his academic record.(j)
Any other conditions set by the University Council.
