Registration of Entities in Port Security

1. Registration on the Zawil platform  
    1.1. Government entities: Providing data (Ministry of Interior number, residence ID of one of the employees in the entity).  
    1.2. Companies: Providing data (Ministry of Interior number, residence ID of one of the employees in the entity).  
    1.3. Institutions: Providing data (Ministry of Interior number, number of sponsored employees).  
2. Verification of the establishment's data.  
3. Availability of the Chamber of Commerce subscription data for companies and institutions.  
4. Availability of commercial registration data.

1. Registration on the Zawil platform, entering the required data.  
2. Log in.  
3. Choose the service (Permit Services).  
Select the required permit type (Person permit, Vehicle permit, Person with vehicle permit).  
4. Issuing a new permit: the following procedure is performed:  
   4.1. Specify the type of permit (Temporary, Permanent, Visitor permit).  
   4.2. Specify the target category for the permit (Person, Vehicle, Equipment, Private driver).  
   4.3. Specify the port for which the permit is required.  
   4.4. Specify the required permit duration.  
   4.5. Confirm.  
5. Permit list:  
   5.1. Go to Permit Services.  
   5.2. Enter the permit number or use filters to display the required permit.  
   5.3. Search for the permit.  
   5.4. View the permit details.  
   5.5. Option to cancel the permit.

Government Entities

• Zawil Portal subscription form.  
• A letter addressed to the Port Security Unit requesting the entity's desire to register on the Zawil Portal. After the Port Security Unit approves the request and responds with an approval letter to the requesting entity, the approval letter is attached.

Private Entities

• Zawil Portal subscription form.  
• The entity's commercial registration.  
• Chamber of Commerce subscription.  
• Direct contract with the port's administration or a related entity.  
• License according to the entity's activity (Customs, transportation, import and export, shipping, supply, laboratories).

If the entity's activity is customs clearance, the following must be attached: 
1- Zawil Portal subscription form.  
2- The entity's commercial registration.  
3- Chamber of Commerce subscription for the entity.  
4- Customs clearance license issued by the General Authority of Customs.

If the entity's activity is transportation, the following must be attached:  
1- Zawil Portal subscription form.  
2- The entity's commercial registration.  
3- Chamber of Commerce subscription for the entity.  
4- Transportation license issued by the Ministry of Transport.
