An electronic service that allows patients at one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) facilities or affiliated health centers to reviewing inbox in case there are incoming messages other than medicine refill messages, a request for a new appointment, expiration eligibility, or a response to a request for a new report, without the need to visit MNGHA premises.

- Log-in to the Patient Services portal using your Nafath, biometric, or credentials.
- Go to the Main Page in the Patient Services Portal.
- Click on the Message icon.
- Select inbox from Message screen.
- Click on the message to view the details.
