Request approval for childcare centers
This service allows the center to be approved on the Qurrah portal by creating an account for the center or private school and displaying the services it provides according to the age group and service price.. NOTE Welcome emails for each hospitality center (new license issued - expired license renewed) from platform Ministry of Human Resources (Social Development) To encourage centers to register for the Child Hospitality Support Product (Qurrah).

- Create an account on the Qurrah.sa portal
- Agree to the terms and conditions of the product
- Ensure that all center data is complete
- Attach the required documents (1/ License from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development 2/ License from the Ministry of Education).
- Attach a copy of the bank letter in the name of the center with the official seal of the bank, and specify the SWIFT code for the bank of the center. The name of the center must be added in English to avoid returned transfers
After completing the data, - Add the services provided by the center, specifying the type of service and age group. The Qurrah team will review the application, where a notification is sent via email in the event of rejection or acceptance of the license or the attached bank IBAN by the center. The center is approved on the portal within 24 hours of submitting the application.
- Add the services by the center, and then the Qurrah team will review and approve them within 72 hours.
After that, the center's services will be available for booking and receiving mothers eligible for support, and the Hadaf logo will appear on the center's image displayed on the portal.
You can manage reservations on the portal by accepting or rejecting requests or requesting additional information (the request must be accepted within 48 hours to avoid the request being automatically cancelled by the system)
