An electronic service provided by Real Estate Brokerage, allowing beneficiaries (individual brokers or company managers) to verify and display the courses completed by the beneficiary from the Saudi Real Estate Institute through the API, enabling the broker to obtain the license without the need to visit the entity.

Select "Issue New Licenses."
Display licenses based on login type.
Choose the desired license.
Display license details.
Verify completed courses:
If requirements are met, the license is issued.
If not met, issuance is not allowed.

If the mediator is an individual, they are allowed to obtain two licenses (according to the qualifications matrix).
If the mediator is a company manager, they are allowed to obtain all five licenses (according to the qualifications matrix).
The real estate platform or any mediator can upgrade to the "FAL License for Mediation and Marketing for Electronic Real Estate Platforms" (according to the qualifications matrix).
Only the company manager can issue a new license, and no employee in the company is allowed to do so. If an employee logs in, the "Issue New License" button will not be displayed.
The individual mediator or company manager will verify and display the courses they have completed from the Saudi Real Estate Institute (SREI).
The individual mediator or company manager must register for at least one course from each category related to the specified license in order to successfully issue the license. If at least one course is passed, the registration is considered complete.
If the individual mediator or company manager has not passed at least one course related to the specified license, they will not be able to issue the license.
The real estate platform or any mediator wishing to upgrade to the "FAL License" must register for at least one course from each category and pass at least one of the courses related to this license to successfully issue the license.
The process of verifying and displaying the courses completed or registered for the company depends on the manager or one of the owners.
