Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
Select the ""Judiciary"" package.
Choose the ""File motion to dismiss"" service.
Click on ""New Application"".
Select the relevant case.
Choose ""Applications"".
Add ""New application"".
Select ""File motion to dismiss"".
Enter the required details.
Click on ""Submit application"".
The user is notified of the application number via SMS.

Waiver in favor of one or more defendants
The plaintiff or his representative are entitled to submit the application
Submitting the application must be one day prior to the session date
It is not possible to submit more than one application per case

Factors affecting application acceptance:
1- The absence of a first defense memorandum, in which case the application is automatically accepted
2- In the event of a first defense memorandum, the defendant has the right to:
Accept the request, in which case the case is closed and its status becomes terminated by waiver
No response, before the session has started and the request has not been answered in which case it is automatically accepted
If the request is rejected, the case continues its normal course
In the event of multiple defendants, and the application was accepted by some of them and rejected by others, in this case the case will continue its normal course against the parties who rejected the application
