Notarize heirs
This electronic service that enables documenting the deceased heirs or adding a newborn to a valid heirs certificate by completing the service's form, finalizing the procedures and ratifying the application. After the ratification of the specialized teams, an official heirs certificate will be issued.

- Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
- Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
- Select the ""Social Affairs"" package.
- Choose the ""Notarize heirs"" service.
- Click on ""Use the service"".
- Select the type of service: ""Notarize heirs"" or ""Add newborn"".
- Provide the required details of the decedent, the applicant (one of the heirs), the heirs, and the witnesses.
- Upload the required documents.
- Click on ""Submit application"".
- The user is notified of the application number and details via SMS.
- The witnesses are notified via SMS to log in for authentication once the application is reviewed.
