An electronic service provided by the Social Development Bank that allows the heirs of deceased customers to apply for loan exemption without the need to visit a branch.

- Click on the Go to Service button.
- Log in via the National Unified Access Portal.
- Enter your username and password.
- A temporary confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone, please enter it and then click on "Continue".
- Your account page will appear, here you can click on e-services and then choose a request for exemption for a deceased.
- A page for requests to register a death case will appear, click on Add a request to register a death case.
- Enter the deceased's data and the loan data to be exempted from and acknowledge the validity of the data and save the data.
- Upload the required files and then approve them.
- When the files are uploaded and approved, a message will appear saying that they were saved successfully.
- The request data will appear where you can follow up on the request and the result.
