An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce, which enables beneficiaries to electronically submit a request for the cancellation of the Articles of Association, eliminating the need to visit the Ministry branches.

Log in to the account (username and password) or log in via National Access.
Choose New Request.
View the procedures and instructions and choose Continue
Fill in the company data
Read the user agreement and agree to the terms and choose Save and Continue
Add the company authorization file in PDF format
Download the required partner decision amendment form
Fill in the form data and amend the decision
Click on Continue
Choose the company type
Choose the decision type Decision to withdraw from establishment
Add the commercial registration number
Agree to the terms and conditions and choose Save and Continue after reading
Add the company file in PDF format
Choose Save and Continue
Note To access the conversion form, enter the ministry's website, choose evidence and procedures, choose service forms and choose the entity form to which you want to convert.
Attach the form in Word format and acknowledge the pledge and attach supporting documents and papers by adding a new attachment and choosing Save and Continue.
Add the applicant's notes, if any.
Select Send Request
Study and approve the request
Issue a payment invoice
Pay the fees and document the request with the ministry employee
Log in to the digital branch and fill out the commercial registration cancellation request form.
Send the request and approve it.
After paying the fees, the commercial registration will be cancelled.
