Log into the Ambassador Application
The student submits the application form by navigating through successive steps using the Next and Previous buttons.
After the student completes all the steps, click on Submit Request. A screen will display the request number needed for the follow-up process later, as well as a link to access the request follow-up page.

The student must secure the ministry's approval to pursue studies at his own expense.
The student should demonstrate good conduct and behavior and maintain good health.
The student must not have been previously dismissed from the mission or any Saudi university and has not already obtained or been assigned to a mission for the same level.
Obtain the qualification for the previous stage or its equivalent according to the regulations, and equate the certificate for the last stage if it was issued outside the Kingdom.
The student must be a regular resident in the country of study, which allows him to dedicate himself entirely to his studies.
The university where the student studies must be recognized and ranked among the top (50) universities in the specialization Or be listed among the top (100) universities according to the Ministry's approved classification announced on the Ministry's website
The scholarship program excludes students who apply to study abroad at their own expense in medical, engineering, and scientific fields, provided they are within the top 200 universities.
The specialization at the university where the student is studying must be recommended and not subject to overcrowding or closure, according to the Ministry's website for recommended universities.
Joining the mission is only in the countries of the scholarship.
The number of seats available for joining the mission is limited, and a comparison will be conducted among the applicants.
The applicant seeking to join the mission while studying at their own expense will be required to undergo tests and comparison procedures established by the ministry if requested.
The student must complete the required hours at his own expense, at the rate needed in the country of study, following the academic level.
Controls of credit hours and average for academic levels
