Verification of University Qualifications (Qualified)
The Ministry of Education provides an electronic service that allows users to verify their academic qualifications online and offers a simple process to correct any errors in the data. The ministry also enables the beneficiary to submit a request to add a new qualification if it does not appear. This service relies on the integrated data warehouse linked to all entities issuing educational certificates without having to visit the ministry headquarters

- Log into the university portal
- Select “Qualification Service" under Services at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the username and password.
You can now take advantage of the service
- Display qualifications:
- Select “My Qualifications" from the submenu after logging into the service.
- A window will appear that contains your qualifications
- If your academic qualifications are not displayed, please follow the following:
- Fill in the data availability request form (qualifications).
- Submit the form to the concerned educational institution through TWASUL service at the following link: https://tawasul.moe.gov.sa
- Entity registration:
- Select "Register an Entity" from the submenu after accessing the service.
- Complete the required information.
- Attach the required documents.
- After filling in the information and attaching the files, click the "Submit" icon.
- The application has been sent and is awaiting approval from the Ministry
- Verification:
- Select "Qualification Service" from the submenu after logging in to the service.
- Enter the ID number of the person whose qualifications you want to verify, then click on the "Inquiry" icon
