An electronic service allows students wishing to study abroad to submit a study request to their account necessary application without having to visit the ministry headquarters

- Log in to the SAFEER 2 portal
- Under the “Students Wishing to Study" service, click on “Study on One's Own Account."
- The terms and conditions screen will appear, and the student must acknowledge the terms and conditions and then press the “Agree and Submit" button.
- The student will, on the study request screen and One's Own Account, determine the required academic degree and describe the degree in terms of studying “language and academic degree" or “academic degree" only. He will enter the incomplete personal data and the previous academic qualifications by clicking the “Add a New Qualification" button.
- In the data on the geographical location of the educational institution, the student will enter the data on the scientific institution he wishes to study, such as the state and the city.
- Then, he will enter the data of the educational institution for the academic stage or training, such as the institution's name, field of study, specialization, and the date of the academic admission.
- After entering all the data, all the required documents must be attached, then press the “Submit" button to show the “Application Number."
