Digitize Service - Digital Complaint

Digital Government Authority

A service that allows the beneficiary to file a complaint for transforming traditional service provided by a government agency into a digital service.

Start the service

Share The Page

Visit National Portal for Government Services by using IAM (Nafath)
Insert personal information, i.e., phone Number and e-mail
Select the platform that you are reporting about.
Select the related service that you are reporting about.
Add a description and title for your complaint, then submit it.
You will receive an SMS that includes the report number.
Receiving a notification from the Beneficiaries Engagement Center (Amer) that indicates your complaint has been escalated to the portal’s which is the government agency.
Receiving a notification upon addressing the complaint.

No previous complaint with the Beneficiaries Engagement Center (Amer) for the same digitizing a service request
