Through this service, the industrial investor can request the issuance of an import permit and clearance of chemical materials necessary for production processes within the industrial facility. The request for an import permit and clearance for industrial facilities is evaluated by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, in coordination with the relevant authorities to implement the updated executive regulations of the Chemical Materials Import and Management System in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 4503 dated 06/09/1438 AH. When submitting the request, the industrial investor must review the accuracy and timeliness of the following information: Updated contact information for the industrial facility Status of the industrial facility Validity of industrial licenses Validity date of the factory's commercial register The required materials are not among the restricted chemicals.
