Request to issue a visa for people with disabilities
It is an electronic service that provides a mechanism for issuing a visa for people with disabilities and unifying recruitment controls through a technical link between the (Musaned) system and the (Social Care) system, through which the beneficiaries and the visa exempt from fees are identified

- The user chooses the service of exempting visa fees for people with disabilities from the list of electronic services on the Ministry's website.
- Fill in the required data, then submit the application.
- The letter of endorsement will be displayed for printing or sending via e-mail to the beneficiary in real time.
- The issued endorsement letter can be reprinted through the “My Requests” icon.
