An electronic service enables higher education institutions to evaluate non-Saudi academics who have contracted with any of the higher education institutions, evaluate their job performance, and other relevant data to facilitate the decision-making of contracting with them or transferring to any of the higher education institutions in the future

- Log in to the main page of the university portal then choose “Recommendation" service.
- Click on the “Search for a contracting academics service from the sub-menu.
- Enter the data of the contracted academic the university wishes to recommend, then click the "Search" icon.
- After that, the search results will appear. Click on the “Request Recommendation" icon opposite the person to whom it is recommended to view his data.
- Ensure the validity of the basic and academic data of the contracted academic.
- The questions about the department's representative's procedures are answered, then “Yes" is chosen to complete the procedure, and another question will appear when “No" is selected.
- When selecting “No" when recommending to contract with him by other universities, the reason for terminating the service must be determined from the drop-down list.
- The request attachments are then uploaded by clicking the “Submit" icon to send the request After completing the data successfully and submitting the request.
- After completing the data successfully and submitting the request, you will receive a message stating that the application has been successfully submitted.
