- Create an account on Qurrah.sa portal.
- Agree to the terms and conditions of the product.
- Ensure completion of all center data and attach the required documents (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development license or Ministry of Education license).
- Attach a copy of the bank letter with the center's name stamped by the bank, and specify the Swift code for the center's bank. The center's name must be added in English to avoid remittances.
After completing the data, add the services provided by the center, where the type of service and age group are determined.
Qurrah team will review the application, and notification will be sent via email in case of rejection or acceptance of the license or bank IBAN attached by the center.
The center is approved on the portal within 24 hours of submitting the request.
The center adds services, then the Qurrah team reviews and approves them within 72 hours.
Then, the center's services will be available for booking and receiving eligible mothers for support, and the Goal logo will appear on the center's image displayed on the portal.
You can manage bookings on the portal by accepting or rejecting requests or requesting additional information (requests must be accepted within 48 hours to avoid automatic cancellation by the system)
