Choose all e- services
Choose the "Judicial Licenses" package
Log in to the service "Request a license for the agent of the regular representative: a license to plead for a private legal person"
Click on the (Submit a new request) icon.
Enter the agency number Fill
Attach the required documents
Click on the (Submit Application) icon.
The beneficiary will be notified by a text message with the application number.

The employee must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Sharia
or regulations from one of the Kingdom’s universities
or the equivalent of either from outside the Kingdom.
An internal legal agency issued by the establishment’s representative
in the institution or company. The agency’s duration
must not be less than one year. The basis of the agency
must be stated by recording the establishment’s unified national
number, and the agency must include
the following items (claim, filing a lawsuit, pleading, and defense).
A certificate stating periods and wages issued by the General
Organization for Social Insurance, stating
the date of registration with the company or institution,
and not a certificate subject to subscription
A copy of the employment contract in Arabic
A recent statement that the applicant is currently working
in the legal department of the company or institution.
A copy of the establishment contract (this document is required
for companies only)
A copy of the commercial register
Attach a statement (basic establishment information)
from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
Submit with the unified national establishment number
All documents must match the establishment to be represented.

A visit to the General Department of Law Firms is not required
To benefit from the service as required, all requirements must be met.
