Select "Licenses"
Click on the "Foreign Law Firm Licensing Request" service
Click on the "Submit a new application" iconfill in the required information related to the office at the headquarters, "
Attach the office
Acknowledgement.pdf"Fill in the information related to the branches, and attach the required documents
Fill in required information of the partners representing the office in Saudi Arabia and their practical experience, "Attach the partner's Acknowledgement.pdf"
Agree to acknowledge and undertake the validity of the information
Submit the applicationThe request can be followed up through the request list

Information of the foreign law firm at the headquarter and branches. (minimum of three branches)
Information of the necessary licenses to practice the legal profession for the office at the headquarter and branches
A statement of the number of employees for each branch, (Three employees of the branch practicing legal profession as a minimum )
Information of licenses to practice the legal profession and the practical experiences of the partners

Documents required to be provided at the office from the main headquarters
A copy of the office license issued by the competent legal authority
Merger or acquisition transaction document - if applicable-An approved report on the financial statements for the last year
Office acknowledgment document
Documents required to be provided to the branch
A copy of the license issued by the competent legal authority in the country in which the branch is located
A statement of the names and number of workers in the branch, showing job titles
Documents required to be provided to the partners representing the office in the Kingdom
A copy of the license issued by the competent legal authority
Attach proof of partnership with the office The partner's practical experience certificate documented by previous employers
