This service allows the cancellation of an active or inactive voluntary contribution engagement and the refund of the contribution amount for the canceled engagement.
Share The Page
- Click on “start service" and log in.
- Select “Contribution" then the “Contribution History."
- Click on “Options" and select “Voluntary Contribution Engagement."
- Select the cancellation reason, then update the IBAN and agree on the acknowledgment.
- Review the request, then click on “submit."
