This service allows GOSI customers to request a reconsideration and review of the decision issued against them by GOSI

- Click on “Violation” icon. If eligibility is verified and the conditions are met, the (Request Review) icon appears.
- Fill in the objection details by determining the contributors.
- Attach the required documents for all contributors and submit the request.
