It is a service provided to government agencies and private agencies across the Kingdom, where it is possible to review and search issued requests and carry out the following procedures on those requests, whether displaying the request details, deleting the request, or completing the request.

- The user logs in to the major projects coordination platform from the Balady platform and the capacity is verified whether he is (facility owner/facility manager) from the Ministry of Commerce or authorized by the facility through the municipal authorization service.
- The user selects Balady services, then Project Coordination Services, then selects the My Requests service.
- A list of the issued requests for the entity to which the user belongs is displayed with the ability to search them using different search criteria.
