- From the main page, click the "Create Council/Committee" button
- Fill in the following details: Type (Council/Committee), Department, Name of the Council/Committee, Tasks and Responsibilities, Start and End Date of the Council/Committee,
- and upload the administrative decision file to form the Council/committee
- Click the "Save and Next" button
- Using the "Add Members" icon, add internal and external members
- assign a role to each member in their designated slot
- Click the "Save and Close" button
