Request for Issuing a New Fossil Permit

• 1) The representative of the service entity fills out and sends a request for issuing an ordinary drilling permit after logging in to the Baladi platform, ensuring that all data is correct, reviewing the service requirements, acknowledging that they have read and complied with them.
  2) The request is automatically published to all concerned authorities (coordination and accreditation bodies) and notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported within a specific coordination period.
  3) Once the application is accepted, the prescribed fees will be automatically invoiced and the applicant will be notified of the need to pay within a specified period.
  4) Upon payment of the fees, the drilling permit is issued and the applicant is notified and can print the permit.

• There are no terms of service

• 1) The service entity must identify its representatives within the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office (users are defined and powers are linked electronically).

2) The service entity must define its own work team within each coordination office in each municipality (a number of classified contractors, consultants and supervisors).

3) The following requirements apply to team members (contractors / consultants / supervisor) before registering them in the drilling permit application:

The commercial records of both the main contractor and the subcontractors must be valid and activated throughout the period of the excavation works until the issuance of the clearance certificate and this is verified upon receipt of applications (request for issuance - request for extension - request for closure ...).
 Both the main contractor and subcontractors must have a City Service Providers Classification Certificate valid for the duration of the excavation works, and the contractor can apply for a City Service Providers Classification Certificate through the link.
 Both the main contractor and subcontractors must be internally qualified in the secretariat in whose supervisory scope the work is required.
 Commercial records for both the lead advisor and sub-advisors must be valid and
