It is an electronic service provided to government agencies and private entities at the level of the Kingdom, allowing early notification of major construction projects by submitting a request to coordinate a scheduled project through the Baladi portal, and this request passes a coordination and approval cycle, and an approved coordination report is issued if the authorities agree, and this report is a requirement for issuing a building permit for this project through the Baladi platform without the need to refer to the secretariat

- The project owner or his authorized representative fills out and sends a scheduled project coordination request after logging in to the major projects coordination platform on the Baladi platform, verifying the applicant's status and the validity of all data, reviewing the requirements and pledges of the service, acknowledging that they have read and abide by them.
- The request is automatically published to all concerned authorities (coordination and accreditation bodies) and they are notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported within a specific coordination period.
- Once the application is accepted, all stakeholders and the applicant are notified that the scheduled project coordination report will be issued and made available for printing, and included in the scheduled project plan.
