This service allows reporting a work injury that occurred to one of their workers to the designated health care.
Share The Page
- Click on “Start Service” and log in.
- Choosing the establishment.
- From main menu, login to contributors services, them choose “Reporting Occupational Hazards".
- Choose the type of communication: Injury, then enter the national identity/residence number, the border number, the passport, the Gulf identity, or the contributor number.
- Select the contributor, enter the injury data and details, and the location of the injury, then enter the contact information.
- Attach the required documents and submit the application.
