General Authority of Media Regulation

An electronic service provided by the General Authority for Media Regulation, which allows beneficiaries to clear the content of local books and publications, and the possibility of circulating and publishing them, without the need to visit the Authoritys headquarters.

Through electronic services (clearing books and publications).
Log in via the National Unified Access Service.
Submit a new application.
View the declaration and pledge.
Fill in the data of the material or publication.
Identify and select the authors.
Complete the application data and upload the initial draft.
Confirm sending the application.
Notify the beneficiary of confirmation of receipt of his application.

It shall not violate the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
It shall not lead to anything that would disturb the security or public order of the country or serve foreign interests that conflict with the national interest.
It shall not lead to incitement of strife and sowing division among citizens.
It shall not lead to harming the dignity and freedoms of individuals or to blackmailing them or to harming their reputation or trade names.
It shall not lead to the encouragement or incitement of crime.
It shall not harm the economic or health situation in the country.
It shall not disclose the facts of investigations or trials except after obtaining permission from the competent authority.
It shall adhere to objective, constructive criticism aimed at the public interest and based on correct facts and evidence.

A copy of the material in PDF format.
Proof of ownership of the copyright and distribution rights of the material.
Attach a power of attorney from the author to the applicant if the applicant is someone other than the author.
Attach a contract between the author and the publisher if the application is submitted through a publishing house.
