An electronic service provided by the General Authority for Media Regulation, which allows beneficiaries to clear and classify commercial or profitable films according to the approved regulations, without the need to visit the Authoritys headquarters.

Complete the required data.

Owning the rights to screen the film in cinemas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Providing the final version of the film without any digital watermarks.
Providing a precise and linguistically correct Arabic translation for non-Arabic films. If the film is dubbed in a language other than the mother tongue, the original copy must also be submitted for clearance (animated films and documentaries are excluded).
Adhering to the rest of the conditions mentioned in the technical terms and specifications document for the regional guide categories for cinema licenses.

Letter or contract for the rights to screen in cinemas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
For non-profit films: Exception letter containing information about the film, location and date of screening.
