Saudi Council of Engineers

An electronic service provided by the authority that enables engineers accredited by the Authority to request a license for the company main headquarters and practice the profession after obtaining the license. A license to provide engineering services for studies and designs, in the specialty of the license holder only without the need to visit the authority.

If there is a commercial register, it will be attached via the official website.
If the absence of a commercial register you must contact via email: [email protected], attach the partners' documents to request initial approval for the company's license.
Verification is done and a response is made with approval or rejection via email.
If approval is obtained, the Ministry of Commerce will be notified of the approval so that the beneficiary can issue the register and articles of incorporation to return to applying through the Authority’s official website.

Confirm and send the request.

Joint Partnership & Limited Partnership Company:
- All partners must be Saudi nationals.
- All partners must be professionals.
- One of the partners must have a professional classification of no less than associate engineer.
Professional limited liability company (one person):
- The company owner must be of Saudi nationality
- The license applicant must have professional accreditation from the Authority and have a professional degree of no less than associate engineer.
Professional Limited Liability Company & Professional Joint Stock Company:
- The engineer partner must be of Saudi nationality
- One of the partners must have a professional classification of no less than associate engineer.
- In the case of an individual investor, he must be Saudi and not a government employee. If the investor is a non-professional Saudi facility, the registration number and a copy of it must be attached.

Commercial register.
Memorandum of Association.
The partners’ decision to appoint a manager in the event that one of the partners is not certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
Attach the insurance statement with the names of the employees if the manager is not one of the partners.
If one of the partners is Gulf, a copy of the human resources from his country must be attached.
