An electronic service provided on the Balady platform, which is provided to service agencies across the Kingdom, such as telecommunications, electricity and water companies, allowing their representatives within project coordination offices to submit a request to coordinate a future project that includes a set of excavations for a number of work sites, with the precise identification of the paths of these excavations and the procedures for review, coordination and approval that follow the submission of the request, which are characterized by a large and sufficient time period to ensure the completion of coordination between the agencies, as these projects are harmonized between all agencies, and an approved coordination report results in preparation for issuing a subsequent excavation permit for each excavation (a drilling permit with prior coordination) without the need to review the agency.

The applicant fills out and submits a future project coordination request after logging in to the Balady platform and verifying the accuracy of all data, reviewing the service requirements, and acknowledging that he has read and adhered to them.
The request is automatically published to all relevant parties (coordination and accreditation bodies) and they are notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported on within a specific coordination period.
Once the request is accepted, a future project coordination report is issued and the applicant is notified and can print the report.

The service entity must:
Full compliance with the provisions of the (Traffic Control at Work Sites and its Updates) Guide issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
Full compliance with the provisions of the (Traffic Control at Work Sites and its Updates) Guide issued by the Ministry of Transport.
Full compliance with the provisions of the (General Specifications for Civil Works in Public Utility Projects) Guide issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in 1440.
Full compliance with the provisions of the (Road Section) Guide and its updates issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
Full compliance with the provisions of the (Street and Square Lighting) Guide and its updates issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.

Notes/Alerts
The future project coordination report is not considered a permit to start excavation, but it is a means to facilitate the coordination process for a number of excavations.
Excavations that have been previously coordinated will not need to be re-coordinated, but a fee invoice will be issued for them once the permit application is submitted and issued Immediately upon payment of the fees.
The service entity is obligated to obtain a permit for each excavation coordinated through this system (previously coordinated excavation permit).
The entity will be notified to submit a request (issuing a pre-coordinated excavation permit) sufficient time before the start of excavation. In the event of failure to submit the request, the system will cancel the work site and the entity will not be able to issue an excavation permit for the expired work site.

The service entity must submit the future project before the start of the project with sufficient time to allow the request to be published to the relevant parties and coordinate between them.
The service entity must identify its representatives within the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office (users are identified and powers are linked electronically).
The service entity must sign a service level agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
The service entity must prepare a Shape File for the work sites that need to be coordinated according to the requirements of the future project.
The service entity submitting the request is obligated to review the request and approve the accuracy of its data before sending it.
