Satellite Uplink Station License
An electronic service provided by the General Authority for Media Regulation, which enables beneficiaries to provide and operate the satellite uplink service for content distribution purposes. The service includes the establishment, operation and maintenance of mobile satellite communication equipment, such as: satellite news gathering vehicles, and satellite broadcast phones specialized in broadcasting sports, news, political and cultural events, and broadcasting them directly to the collection platforms linked to the fixed uplink infrastructure, without the need to visit the Authority's headquarters. Service cost: For commercial purposes: Ninety thousand riyals For personal purposes: Thirty thousand riyals
