Social Development Bank

An electronic service provided by the Social Development Bank that allows the bank to approve the rescheduling of a customer's existing debt by closing the old loan and opening a new one without requiring a visit to the bank's branches.

Share The Page

Click on the "Service" icon from the required e-services page.
Log in via the National Unified Access Portal.
From the home page, click on the loan number to be rescheduled.
After the e-services appear in the financing services, click on the rescheduling request icon.
After choosing the type of extension request, writing down notes and uploading documents, click on the (Upload Request) icon.
The system will immediately show the customer's rescheduling request number on the requests page and the request status.

For the government sector:
Fill out the service request form and have it authenticated by the employer.
Communication shall be made via e-mail [email protected]

For the non-profit sector:
The entity and its branches must have a valid official license from the government agencies granting the license.
The entity has an approved organizational structure and published regulations.
Providing audited financial statements for the last two years.
To include a qualified staff for the volume and nature of the work related to operating the portal.
To have all the means and tools that would facilitate the provision of its services.

The entity must be a public joint stock company listed on the Saudi General Stock Market (TASI)
A copy of the commercial register
Social Insurance Certificate
Saudization certificate with green Saudization scope and above
Provide audited financial statements for the last two years
Salary Identification Form
Fill out the employer details form
