An online service that allows users to complete transactions that require verification by biometrics by fingerprint and face recognition using mobile camera without the need of visiting the entity's headquarters.

- When receiving a verification request from one of the platforms or applications, you will receive an alert that there is a verification request in the Nafath application.
- Open the app to view the incoming request and then click on Accept Request.
- You will see options for the order number, confirm the order number by matching it with the number shown on the service provider's platform/application.
- Instructions for capturing biometric features will be displayed to begin the verification process.
- Adjust the mobile mode according to the on-screen instructions, and then click on the capture button after it turns green.
- You will see a message that the verification process has completed successfully, and you can return to the Service Provider's App/Platform to access the Services.
