An electronic service provided by the General Authority for Media Regulation, which allows beneficiaries to provide services to public and private institutions regarding the preparation and qualification of their employees to keep pace with campaigns, in addition to organizing and supervising seminars, conferences and exhibitions. The service includes receiving and seeing off guests, providing housing and transportation, and accompanying guests, in addition to organizing commercial events to stimulate marketing such as festivals and temporary exhibitions, and preparing invitations to participate in them, without the need to visit the authority

Log in to the e-services portal (media platform).
Choose media licenses.
Choose the licensing service (public relations activity license).
Complete the required data.

Commercial register with the required media activity added.
The license applicant must have a specific address (national address).
The applicant's identity must be valid (national ID - resident ID - passport).
The applicant must be the owner of the institution (institutions), or the manager of the company (companies).
The educational qualification must not be less than primary school.
