An electronic service provided by the Mullak platform, enabling beneficiaries to organize life within shared ownership, manage common areas and facilities, and promote a culture of coexistence among owners, without the need to visit the authority.

Create a new account or log in to your existing account on the "Malak" platform.
Add your real estate unit to establish a new owners' association or join an existing one.
Nominate other owners and vote for them to become association presidents.
Select and elect a property manager to manage the association.
Set the annual subscription fees for the association.
Issue invoices for the owners and facilitate payment.
In case of default, executive bonds can be issued against delinquent owners.

The voting phase must start immediately after the previous phase ends.
The voting period is fixed and lasts for 3 days.
When the voting phase begins, the association's status must be changed from "Waiting Phase" to "Voting Phase."
The voting phase must start at 9:00 AM.
No nomination files can be submitted after the voting phase has started.
Properties cannot be transferred from one association to another during the voting phase, and an alert message will be displayed to indicate this.
Units cannot be transferred from one owner to another during the voting phase, and an alert message will be displayed to indicate this.
Units cannot be removed from the association during the voting phase, and an alert message will be displayed to indicate this.
If a user has already voted, they will not be allowed to vote again.
The nomination file submitter is not allowed to vote on their own file.
Only one voting session on a nomination file can be active at the same time.

The service aims to clarify the requirements for voting on nomination files, including voting for the property manager, the association president, and subscription fees on the Mullak platform. The service was designed following the re-engineering of related procedures to cover the following scope:

Opening voting for candidates through the front-end interface.
Voting on the bylaws, association president, property manager, and subscription fees.
