An electronic service provided by the Mullak system to organize owners' rights in shared properties and enhance harmony among residential unit occupants. The service allows users to create new accounts, add units, join associations, nominate and vote for association leadership, assign a property manager, impose subscription fees, and issue invoices and enforcement bonds for defaulting owners, improving the user experience and facilitating shared property management.

The nomination file cannot be submitted automatically until the specified nomination period ends.
Only one automatic nomination request can be submitted.
Only one owner can be nominated.
The owner must be Saudi or GCC national.
The property manager must be Saudi (individual or entity).
The association president must be Saudi, GCC national, or a holder of a special residency.
The system automatically calculates property maintenance fees based on the unit's area ratio to the property, by multiplying the unit's ratio by the total fee amount.

The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements for the automatic submission of the nomination file, which includes nominating the president, nominating the property manager, and determining subscription fees in the "Mullak" platform, following the re-engineering of the service procedures. The scope of work includes:

Editing the file.
Canceling the file.
Integration with the "Raya" system.
