Sign-in to Ministry of Labor & Social Development e-Services Portal.
Select “Foster-Family program application” service from the list of available e-services.
Fill the application form, acknowledge to service terms and conditions, and then submit your request.

The beneficiary must be registered in the Ministry’s system as a custodian or incubator.
The foster family (the applicant) must be registered as the last foster family for the orphan in the care system.
The orphan must not request a bonus at the end of foster care under procedure in the Ministry’s system.
The orphan must not have previously received the end-of-custody bonus.

The applicant must be alive at the time of applying for the service.
The gender of the applicant requesting the service must be a woman.
When choosing a service, it must be checked that the applicant does not have another application in process in the care system.
The applicant must have an account on the electronic services portal of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The sponsoring family (couple) must be Muslims, and priority is given to Saudi families.
The applicant must not be more than 50 years old at the time of submitting the application within the comparison criteria.
The applicant must be at least 25 years old at the time of submitting the application.
Family members are free of communicable, contagious and psychological diseases.
Social research proves the suitability of the family to embrace.
Breastfeeding conditions must be met for children under two years of age.
