Reporting Marine Observations

An electronic service provided by Zawil Portal, enabling beneficiaries to report maritime incidents such as collisions, pollution, marine life fatalities, and others, without the need to visit the concerned authority. This helps expedite the forwarding of reports to the relevant authorities for prompt handling.

Fill in the information:
- Select the type of observation from the list.
- Enter the reporter's name and mobile number correctly (the mobile number should start with 966).
- Enter the name of the violating vessel if there is a violating maritime vessel.
- Fill in the name or description of the location (such as the incident location in the sea).
- Write a brief description of the incident or observation.
Attach documents:
- Upload photos or documents that support the report in the "Attachments" section.
Enter the CAPTCHA:
- Enter the visual code shown in the designated field.
Submit the report:
- Click the "Submit" button to submit the report.

Recording the Type of Observation:
- Death of wild animals
- Natural disasters
- Violation of security and safety regulations
- Passing through a restricted oil area
- Ship collisions Marine vessel breakdown
- Marine vessel sinking
- Marine vessel accident
- Violation of port security instructions
- Fishing in an oil area
- Marine pollution
- Land contamination
- Beach pollution

- Fishing with illegal tools

Recording the Reporter’s Information:
- Recording the reporter’s name.
- Recording the reporter’s contact details (mobile number).
- Name or description of the location.
- Brief description.

Type of Observation:
- Select the type of incident or maritime observation.
Reporter’s Name:
- The full name of the person submitting the report.
Mobile Number:
- The phone number of the reporter (must be in the correct format, e.g., 9665XXXXXXXX).
Name of Violating Vessel:
- If the observation relates to a violation by a specific maritime vessel, the name of the vessel (such as a ship or boat) is mentioned.
Name of Reporter’s Vessel:
- Specify the name of the reporter's vessel.
Location Name or Description:
- Specify the location of the incident or maritime observation (can include coordinates or a general description).
Brief Description:
- Provide a short but clear description of what was observed (such as the type of violation or maritime incident).
Attachments:
- Photos or documents that prove the observation or incident are uploaded here.

- Enter the visual code to confirm.
