Blocking and Activating Individual Accounts

An electronic service provided by the Real Estate Mediation Platform, allowing the system administration to deactivate or activate individual mediators without the need to visit the authority.

The user logs into the system and selects the System Admin portal.
The user selects the "User Management" service.
The user selects individual accounts and chooses one.
The user changes the status of the individual account to either "Block" or "Activate."
The user chooses a reason for the action.
The system updates the individual account status.
The system saves the following data as action history.

A new role called "Account Management" can be added through the system.
The system administrator can assign any user to the "Account Management" role.
Only the system administrator or an authorized individual can block or activate individual accounts at any time.
The system administrator must specify a reason when blocking or activating an account.
The system records basic data for each action taken, including the history of actions performed.
Once an individual account is blocked, the user will be unable to log into the brokerage platform, and the system will send an error message.
If an individual broker attempts to create an advertisement license while their account is blocked, the system will send an error message.
The system stores relevant action history data for reference.
