Share The Page

Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to "All Electronic Services".
Select the "Judiciary" package.
Choose the "File appeal by cassation" service.
Click on "New Application".
Select the case you want to appeal by cassation
Choose "Applications".
Add "New application".
Select "File appeal by cassation".
Enter the required details.
Click on "Submit application".
The user is notified of the application number via SMS.

A valid power of attorney that includes the power to plead clause, if the applicant is acting as the client's agent.
A valid guardianship order, if the applicant is the client's legal guardian.
For commercial cases, the applicant must be a licensed lawyer as per the Commercial Courts Law.
A judgment by the appellate court that can be appealed by cassation.
Composing the statement of objection in the assigned field and uploading the supporting documents.

The submission of application of judgments overturn must be within the objectional notice of the judgement.
The objectional notice vary based on the case's classification. It starts from delivery of judgment, for judgments in proper persona, and from the notifying of the judgment, in judgements in absentia.
Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.
this service does not require visiting the court.
