Social Development Bank

An electronic service to apply for the Daem Financing product, which is a developmental financing product in a strategic partnership between the Associations Support Fund and the Social Development Bank; it aims to encourage associations and civil institutions to achieve financial sustainability by providing good loans with specific terms and conditions; to enable them to provide a fixed income that enables them to diversify and sustain their sources of income without the need to visit bank branches.

Click on the electronic submission option from the desired product page
Login with the association account
From the association financing page, enter the association's data and register
After creating an account, log in, press Home, and submit a new application
View the conditions and approval, then choose the branch and approval
The data for the association is populated and the available data is called up in Yaqeen
On the application registration page, fill in the project description data
Submitting guarantees for the project, entering project data, and then saving the application
Upload the required documents and save the application

The entity requesting funding must be registered with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development.
At least two years must have passed since the registration of the entity
To have a qualified and independent board of directors
To have a headquarters in the geographical area in which it provides its services
To commit to providing all financing requirements required by the product

A valid license from the relevant authority.
The decision of the beneficiary’s board of directors approving the establishment of the required project.
A copy of the minutes of the General Assembly meeting authorizing the Board of Directors to invest.
The approval of the entity’s board of directors to obtain financing from the bank.
An acknowledgment to provide the self-contribution and the guarantees required by the producer.
The approved financial statements for the last two years.
Title deed / lease contract for the land on which the project will be built
