This is an e-service that allows exporters, importers, and logistics companies to apply for the establishment of storage areas and track their applications until the operating license for the area is issued.

- Submit the request via ZATCA website, and attach the required documents. You can also track the status of your request online.
- After reviewing the request by ZATCA:
- In the event of an acceptance, the establishment will be granted preliminary approval and begin to provide the essential operational requirements and conditions.
- In the event of a rejection, the establishment will be notified, including the reasons for the rejection, and the request will be modified accordingly.
- ZATCA's officials will visit the bonded zone to confirm that the requirements and conditions are implemented.
- if the requirements and regulations are met, the establishment will be granted a final approval and a license to start operations.
- If the requirements and conditions are not met, the initial approval will be cancelled and the request will be rejected, with an explanation of the reasons.
