- Click on the Go to Service button.
- Log in via the National Unified Access Portal.
- Enter your username and password.
- temporary confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone, please enter it and then click "Continue".
- Select "Recover Excess Amounts" from the list of electronic services.
- If there is an excess amount, the submission icon will appear.
- The bank IBAN number will be confirmed and the request will be saved.
- The customer will be contacted once the request is processed
- In the final step, the service will be evaluated at the bottom of the page.
