Providing a Statement'' To Whom it May Concern'' to individuals
An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce, which allows beneficiaries to request a statement for a particular procedure. This service issues a document that verifies the completion of the procedure, suitable for submission to the concerned entities. The procedures covered include name and activity changes, ownership transfers, trade name reservations, company-to-enterprise conversions, main office deletions with branch conversion, main- to- branch conversions and vice versa, and ID number matches with the commercial register, all available electronically without the need to visit the Ministry branches.

- Login to the account (username and password or national access)
- Click on the icon (submit a new request)
- Selecting the commercial register or determining the civil register
- Choose the type of commercial statement and fill in the required fields.
- Choose to preview the statement to verify the statement information.
- Click on the send request icon.
- The confirmation summary window and the order number appear.
- The request is processed by the employee within 24 hours, and after approval, the statement is available for printing.
- To print the electronic statement, go to the main page and choose to print the statement.
